This is still my favorite Live Perfomance mixer, period.
I do like the Modular mixers for their supreme routings and Modularity, but the FP's are just perfect.
I have been using the STM1632 because of its optimization for the new DSP chips, but with the recent downtime I had for new instruments and the RC 2 I had time to compare and test every effect and mixer and check things out, and after 2 weeks and several powered Cabinets, IEM's and monitors the FPs' win.
THe new SC Room 5.1 Reverb is beautiful, and thanks to you Send and Return scheme I can juice the Reverb to the exact depth I want and it actually allows the reverb to wrap its sound around my Rhodes and Piano stuff, to sheer pleasure.
Also MCCY's Flu_Liq free Modulation effect still is in a league of its own.
Having the FP and these 2 effects are like being back home again after using the STM's.
